About LinkBacksMy phone number in the contact has the 1 (123) 1234567 format. Any one know how I change the format to 123 4567 8901? I am in china and i do not want to use the American format.

This s should work.
Settings > General > International: Change the Regional Format to Chinese.
It may also change other things, like your calendar, date, and time formatting.

Hm, don't know what to say then. It should have worked. That is the only way I know of to change telephone format.
What app are you looking at the phone number in?

I am using the contact that has been installed with iPad 2. The format was alright in my MacBook Pro but not iPad n iPhone. It will only register the chinese format when key in the +86 for China and +65 for Singapore . I really don't understand why tt happened.
