No - it's not possible to roll back to an earlier version of iOS (if I'm being pedantic - you can only do this if (a) you've saved your 'blobs' from an earlier version and (b) it's not a 3G iPad. If you don't know what I mean by 'blobs' in the iPad context, then you won't have done this and so, no, it's not possible)
