    Unhappy jalapati

    when I am trying to download ios 4.3.2 it has stopped down loading after about 120mb saying that "there was aproblem downloading the software for the ipad.An unknown wasoccured{9006).
    can anybody help in the matter.fire wall is stopped.

    Unhappy iOS 4.3.2

    Please ref.my message made just before.I tried to download the software 4/5 times since yesterday by stopping firewall, but I could not succeed. Kindly advise/ guide in the matter.

    ios 4.3.2

    When I am trying to download iOS 4.3.2 , after downloading about 120mbs, it has stopped downloading, saying "there was a problem downloading the software for the iPad.An unknown error occurred ( err.9006).

    Several users have reported that temporarily disabling their anti-virus and / or firewalls for the download has worked for them. Give it a shot and let us know how you get on.

    If that does not work for you, try this...

    Try downloading the correct IPSW file that you require to your desktop from this sticky

    Official Apple IOS Firmware Download Links for iPad

    Once downloaded, you can direct iTunes to use this file by holding down the shift key (option key on Mac) whilst you click the "Update" button in iTunes. iTunes will open a dialogue box and let you select the update file to install.

    Make sure you pick the correct 4.3.2 firmware for your device from the list.
