If one googles "multitouch gestures ipad free" they'll find it just under the youtube results.
It worked swimmingly for me.

Seriously, it's all rumor at this point, including release dates. This is SOP for Apple. Read the rumors for entertainment if you like, but you won't know anything for sure until Apple makes it's annoucement; probably sometime in March or April, but that's just a rumor.
