I don't know, but if you do find a way back you have to keep in mind that all apps are going to be built for 4.2 + from this point on so you may not be able to run new applications. And your current apps may get updated but you would not be able to run them because you're on 3.2 still.

It's not sighned by apple anymore so it would have too be installed thru some program like the pawnage tool. Just google downgrade to 3.2 iPad & see what you get.
