    Question Is this a bug in 4.2.1? (screen cap attached)

    Under 4.2.1 on the iPad, in the SETTINGS utility, I am getting 2 instances of the APPS heading, which is strangely overlaying a line in the column. It's a small point, I know, but - did this happen before, or is this a new bug? (See attached)
