You can prevent removal of apps in Settings/Restrictions.
Don't forget your password. If you do you will need to restore and jailbreakers don't need that.

hmm, i tried that before but its continuing from deleting the app, no prompt appear for taking any password or something. just 'Do you wanna delete the 'app name' [delete/cancel]'
maybe i will just wait to have a jailbreak for 6.1.3 hmm.

Do you mean that if you go to Settings>General>Restrictions and turn off deleting apps, that apps can still be deleted? If you can see this,
deleting apps should not be possible until the switch is turned back on.
