    Sprint ipad mini

So is sprint data worthy? Reason I ask is I just ordered a sprint ipad mini, hopefully it wasn't a bad move! Only reason I went with sprint is because my wife and I have iPhone 4s's with sprint and well we are satisfied with their service, it doesn't sweep me off my feet or anything like that, however I do realize that the mini will be 4g LTE and that our iPhones are 3G, what are your thoughts?

Only thing I would question is why have a data plan with an iPad?

If Sprint does not allow tethering, I can see the point, but I've never found it necessary to buy a plan for my iPad 2. I just use it on wifi, or tether it to my iPhone 4 if I really have no choice.

Actually I had an ipad 2 with AT&T and now I have a 3 with AT&T and your right I very rarely use my iPads data, mostly wifi here at home, but when I travel or I'm away from home for long periods of time that data comes in handy I guess it kinda like having a four wheel drive truck, four wheel driving only gets used when absolutely nessecary but its nice/reassuring to know its there.

That's true, of course, and it would be easier to simply pick up the iPad and use it instead of having to mess around turning on the hotspot and then waiting for the ipad to find it.

I suppose the only reason I stick to what I have is that I've never known the alternative. If I had a data plan, I wouldn't want to go back.
