Keyboard in middle of screen, please help

I was wondering if anyone else is having this floating keyboard problem on there iPad mini? I received my mini on Friday and it has been perfectly fine. When I started using it today I noticed that the keyboard was almost in the middle of the screen. Thanks.

I've annotated your screenshot, do what it says in red then choose the dock option.
