Hi there...unfortunately, if you are using the Native Mail App for your accessing your yahoo email, there's no way to log out. The iPad is considered a 1-person user device and that may be the reason. Now if you are accessing Yahoo via Safari Web browser, than you will have that ability to sign out there. Hope that helps.
