Is it ok if i turn off my ipad after i use it?
or if i did that,is it going to cause my battery's life to go down faster or will it damage the ipad?

Turning off your iPad is in no way going to affect/damage your battery or iPad. If you did not turn it off (either with the Off button or closing a magnetic cover) and leave the screen shining on, that will drain your battery faster, needing a recharge sooner.
