Help. My ipad was working fine few hours ago. I let my kids listen to music and then screen went blank. I could still hear the music. I finally got it to turn off but now when iturn it on its still blank.

Help. My ipad was working fine few hours ago. I let my kids listen to music and then screen went blank. I could still hear the music. I finally got it to turn off but now when iturn it on its still blank.
Hold down sleep/wake and home buttons together until the Apple logo appears. It shouldn't take more than 30 seconds.
The ipad will then reboot and all should be well. I'm assuming the battery is not completely discharged.

I have tried that. But when I turn it on its still blank.
Any possibility that the kids dropped it?

They were on the bed. So don't think they Didxuqzdqw
Have to admit I'm at a loss. Unless a connection has come adrift inside, I can't think of anything that might be causing the issue.
Sounds like a trip to the Genius Bar. Still in warranty?

eventhough its not running out of battery or it is or you arent sure but try plug it in to the charger and let it stay for hours and try turn it on again sometimes it happen with my handheld device good luck worth to try since you got nothing to lose![]()
