    Smile Who I am

I am a Senior (65+) and a user of the first ipad released (no photo features); I joined this forum hopping to be help (or help) with problems that once in a while arise (at this time I can not transfer photos from my ipad to my PC; can someone help me?). The action are take are: I connect my ipad to my PC, itunes pop up, I click the ipad icon at left and then photos, the only option on my screen is Sync Photos from, so I select it, then I click select folders but ONLY THE PICTURES IN MY PC ARE SHOWN! and nothing from my ipad); someone know how to do it?

When you connect your iPad to your computer it should show up as an USB drive. Can you give us more info on what is happening with yours.

I've moved your thread to our Help Section where you will receive a better response.

Thank you Leelai! Fortunately I resolve the problem!. The problem was that I needed to copy photos from my ipad into my computer but AutoPlayer did not show up (and still don't). Here what I did: I right click My computer and clicked Explore and ....there it was! my ipad icon was there so copying the photos was easy.

But the reason why AutoPlay does not show up when I connect my ipad to my PC is unknown to me.

    Thank you any way!

    Well that's great to hear.

There is a setting for Auto Play....it must have already been turned off maybe. Enjoy!
