I'm a new IPad 3 user. I took some test photos and mailed to others who received them upside down on PC but the correct way around on their IPhone. I have photo streamed them to my PC and they are also showing upside down in Photo stream.

Does anyone know the cause and how I can correct it please. Thanks.

I'm a little puzzled how they appeared on iPhones the right way up but how did you take these photos with the iPad? When taking them in portrait mode the home button should be at the bottom and in landscape it should be to the right to capture your photos the right way up.

Can you not change the orientation on your pc?

Thank you for your reply. Having now re-tested I think the problem was caused by me holding the IPad the wrong way round when taking the original photos. Thank you also for the additional information and links. Natrudd.
