I can't figure out how or if you can change your facebook timeline photo on an Ipad, I just sold my laptop and replaced it with the new Ipad.

Are you using the Facebook App and have upgraded to OS6? You will need to activate the Privacy Setting first to access your photos on FB. Settings - Privacy - Photos and turn on FB here. Now open your FB app and press Status, top left, you will see the camera icon, just press to upload or take a photo.

Yes but this doesn't allow you to change the timeline picture as per the original question!
