I forgot my numeric password and my Ipad 3 don't allow me to recover it.
It happened BEFORE I've installed the Itunes in my computer.
What can I do to access the Ipad? I don't care if I lose the saved information.

I'm sorry but there's no way to recover the password. What you have to do is connect the iPad to iTunes on your computer and use it to erase all content and settings. Unless you have a backup that pre-dates your password, you'll have to set it up as a new iPad and manually add your apps , music, movies, etc. to the iPad.
