Hello, I am new here. I'd like to know if I can use WhatApp on my Ipd3

Whatsapp can only be installed on an iPad if you jailbreak the iPad first. To jail break the iPad, see this tutorial: TUTORIAL - Jailbreak the iPad2 and iPad3 on 5.1.1 With Absinthe 2.0

Then, once you're jailbroken, see this thread for tips and hints on how to install the Whatsapp on your iPad: WhatsApp working on iPad3 :)
