I am trying out the Desktop Connect app and have gotten it to work fine on my iMac and Windows 7 (home edition) machines when they are on. I am running the VNC setup (google) for both. When the iMac sleeps I can wake it up, without issue, and from Desktop Connect on the iPad you can see that it is still connected to Google while sleeping (the google icon is green instead of grey). The PC, however, drops it's link with Google while sleeping, so you can't wake it up. Not sure what I am doing wrong...any ideas?

Figured it out. It was the BIOS settings...power for onboard LAN was disabled.
