Hi guys
The other day, I was using my iPad and the volume button was totally fine, but when I came back, it was jammed at the top, and now whenever I try to get the button unjammed the volume turns up all the way and won't let me turn it down unless I use the YouTube volume bar. I have no idea how to get it unjammed! I tried washing it off (because I ate and didnt wash my hands) thinking that would solve the problem, but it didn't, so anyways, if anyone has any idea PLEASE help, thanks.

Well, you can lower the volume in any screen by double "clicking" the home button
If your iPad was locked, just slide the slider down.
If you iPad was being used, on the slide-able app icons that pop up, slide from left to right twice, and a volume slider will also appear.

Well sort of but I meant the top of the volume button on my iPad is jammer and whenever I touch it the volume turns up and I keep clicking the bottom of it to get it to turn down, but the volume just goes straight up all the way again, I'm trying to figure out how I can get it unjammed so I can control the volume.

But anyways I appreciate your help.

Did this suggested method actually control your volume? If so,it's a reasonable work around without the expense of a repair cost.

Dude it wont even let me use the youtube bar its permanantly stuck on mute

volume slider is not working its only dented below the volume button thats why its stuck on mute i need somemore helpful advice the dent isnt even that bad but it wont let me turn up the volume ANYWHERE on ANYTHING
