My ipad shows an error message saying, "Ipad not backed up. This ipad hasn't
been backed up. Backups happen when this iPad is plugged in, locked, and
connceted to wifi." I press "ok" and then it pops up again asap.

Did you reboot the iPad?

That's not actually an error message, you must have your iPad set to backup with iCloud and this is their normal message saying it hasn't been done. It normally will go away once you press it. You can turn it off in Settings - ICloud - Storage and Backup. See if turning it off and then back on will stop the message being displayed. Let us know how you go.
