At the minute I can only see options for every 2 weeks and every month.
This is a discussion on Ipad calender - Can I set a date to repeat every 4 weeks on Ipad 2? within the iPad Help forums, part of the Apple iPad Discussions category; At the minute I can only see options for every 2 weeks and every month....

4 weeks equals 1 month. Or you need more specific?
No. 4 weeks = 28 days, which is not the same as 1 month, since there are 13 four weekly periods in a year.
Afraid the Calendar on the iPad does not support 4 weekly repeats petehawk8. Sorry
EDIT - However, if you have a Mac, you can set an event with a custom repeat in iCal and this can sync to your iPad!
A fudge, but it does work (and hopefully you don't have too many events in your life that repeat on a 4 weekly period!)

Unfortunately it's a shift that I do every four weeks, would be handy for planning in advance, as well, let's hope it's in ios7 :-)
If you are syncing your calendars to Google or iCloud, it is possible to set custom repeats on the websites. They will sync back to the iPad and work as expected. Just don't try to edit them on the iPad.
The icloud.com site must be visited from a desktop computer to work.
This might work for Yahoo also. Haven't tried it.
You could install an app like Calendar Event Pro. It lets you specify exactly how many days or weeks an event repeats. I got it because my son needs his jaw appliance tightened every 5 days.
PS. If you don't know what a "jaw appliance" is then be thankful.
