My pages app disappeared. How do I get it back along with all the files I created?

I Have lost youtube app which originally came with ipad. It happened after recent update. I m not sure could be also because my little son played his games. I wonder he deleted it y accident? Anyway i liked that app, i looked everywhere and i cannot find how to get it back? It not in an app store, not in back up. How to deal with it? Please help

There's nothing wrong with your iPad: The YouTube app was removed during your upgrade to ios 6.

Search the forum in the iOS 6 threads for recommendations on alternatives.
