Hi Folks...
Two questions.....
1. Do all the I-Pad versions last about the same as far as battery power goes?
2. Is there any wireless router that's recommended over others?
Thanks! Ken

#1 3G ipads get about 1 hour less battery life while using 3G service.
#2 no.
Let your wallet be your guide. When I bought my last wireless router, 802.11n routers were hard to find, but now I think just about every router has that capability. One of the things you get as the price goes up is a stronger signal over a greater area. One of the most important factors is the location within your house. Try to locate the router closest to the area where you will be using your wireless device the most.
I have a $20 router (they were on sale at Best Buy!). I live on 3 acres and I have WiFi coverage over my entire property.
Apple Time Capsule is good
New iPad wifi + 3G 64GB
Paired with Macbook Pro
Backed up to iCloud
I use a wrt54g I got for free
3G 16GB
