I made some short business videos , put them on Facebook and the play fine on my PC and htc smart phone but
my new I pad 3 WON'T play the videos...why? This is very frustrating. One of the reasons I bought the I pad was to
show the videos. Can someone help me with this?

It may have something to do with how the videos were made. I've moved your thread to our Help Section where you will receive a better response.

You'll find the Help Sub Forum under iPad Discussions on both the site and app.

On Apple's spec page for the new iPad you will find the supported video formats under the TV and Video section. This might help you narrow down the problem.

I have no issues with playing videos from Facebook unless they go to external web site that needs flash.
