There are two ways.
One. Sync with iCloud. You can create and edit your contacts on the icloud.com site. {from a computer browser}
Or, use a third party app to import/sync your contacts. I can't offer advice on this, not having used any. I'm trying to find a link to a recent thread that mentioned an app that let you sync your Google Contacts, including groups; but I'm not having any luck locating it.
It's easier on a Mac, but I suspect that's not an option here.
Thanks so much! I managed to help my friend with his challenge by sharing the link for the app MailShot. It did just what he had hoped ... allowed him to create group contact lists. I appreciate you taking the time to give me these suggestions.Originally Posted by twerppoet
Ah, MailShot. I though you wanted to see groups in the Contacts app. I'd have mentioned MailShot if I'd known you wanted groups for emailing.
Glad you figured it out on your own.![]()
You can try "Groupy". It allows you to edit your group names, delete groups, add groups, and edit which contacts are in a group.
Groupy, ey? I shall hunt that one down. THANK YOU SO MUCH!Originally Posted by Forhad
