    PDF Reader Pro

In speaking to the developer about changing a setting, he sent me a screen-shot of his iPad in the Settings Page. His app was listed under the Apps heading and the specific setting could be set in the right column.

My app is not listed under the Apps heading.

Am I missing something or a setting? I've synched my iPad and updated my iTunes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hi from me

Have Ben using an iPad 1 for past couple of months and love it. Am having some serious challenges with PDF reader pro though. Can't do a danged thing with it. I want the editing functions back but somehow I turned them off. I downloaded the I instructions but accidentally opened another PDF and now I can't close that one and I can't get back to the file index. so can't open existing PDF files and can't get my toolbars back. Help? I tried searching for trouble shooting and am now having to go through this convoluted forum process. I vey.

    Sharon

Did you get the answer to this? I have the same issue. The pdf reader pro app is not listed in my settings area

It is up to the developer to decide whether to have his/her app have accessible settings in the iPad's Settings app. Sometimes, they put the settings in the app itself. It's entirely up to them.

If it really bothers you, I suggest you contact the developer of the app and ask if they will consider putting the app settings in the Settings app.

Other than that, there's nothing an iDevice user can do. Sorry.

Thanks Caroline. I will ask the develer as per your suggestion. I did work out that if I thump the iPad screen with the side of my hand the iPad PDF pro toolbar comes back. weird. And not an ideal solution
