How do you move or save your Safari/iPad bookmarks so when you sell you iPad you can still have them on your computer or new iPad?

Personally, I use iCloud to keep them in sync with my laptop(via iCloud control panel syncing with Internet Explore favorites), iPhone and iPad

It's the easiest way for me to keep everything mostly in sync. I know several people who use the iTunes bookmark sync feature to do the same, but I need updates a little more often than I sync devices
