Hi,

My name is Elias and I am from Lebanon.

I am having a problem in updating my applications on my ipad2.

I got the ipad from the states during my visit where my cousin used it signing in with her account. When i came back, my friend helped me changing the account on the itunes and the store. However, my cousin's account is still showing whenever I need to update an application from he tore.

Any help on this matter?

Hi Eliass,

Have you tried opening up the appstore app and scrolling down to log out of that account so you could log your own? When you first purchased your ipad, was it set up under your account or your cousin's? If your cousin purchased apps using his/her account, than that same account will be needed in order to update any of those apps in the future.

You may want to find out which apps are your cousin's and which are your's.
