    Unhappy Help me please

    My ipad is jail broken and i just downloaded ilock and then turned it on but when i went to the setting it just went black,restarted then all over again it happened then it pops up with thisHelp me please-photo-2012-02-07-20.17.jpg then this Help me please-photo-2012-02-07-20.18.jpg then blank pls help!!!
