    download pictures from ipad to pc

    hello there,
    i am very new and still 73 y old
    I have a ipad2, and we toke about 5 albums of pictures 300about
    I can only find on my pc one album
    Where can i find the backup from the ipad, i see that he makes one while sincing
    please help me
