My Ipad2 is out of control at times. It will jump from one program to another or flick pages and my be start typing, all this with out touching the ipad at all.

So ~ your ipad just pops up the keyboard and starts typing all by itself?

Try a reset. If that does not work contact Apple. It is probably a hardware problem. Since the iPad is less than a year old they will probably replace it for free.


Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.
