    Unhappy An iPad detecded but cannot be identified ?

    Hi my iPad disabled and was saying connect to iTunes but my laptop is broke so i restored the iPad on the Mac.
    After successfully restoring the iPad iTunes is saying that it has been detectded but cannot identifie ?
    I have disconnected and reconnected but still showing the same box ?
    Does anyone know what to do ?
