About LinkBacksthe itunes prompt says in iTunes I have purchased apps that are
on my iPad that have not been transferred to my pc. How do I do that so the complete download will take place?

In iTunes right click on your iPad and choose transfer purchases, this will transfer all apps downloaded on your iPad to iTunes on the pc.
