An anyone explain how to get apps which were working, to work again?
All of my cool games, simply no longer work.
I tap the icon, the screen goes black for a split second, then comes back on again.

I have switched off the iPad and back on.
I have tried moving the apps.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure 'how many' of your apps are not opening but if just several, the first step is to 'force close' each, i.e. double tap on the home button which will open the multi-taskbar at the bottom; press and hold any app and all will start to jiggle; press the minus sign(s) of those apps not functioning - return to the home screen and try each again.

Second and if not already done, 'Restart' and if not successful then 'Reset' the iPad - directions HERE, if not familiar w/ the steps; in particular if you have tried 'Restart' w/o success, then give 'Reset' a try - good luck and let us know if these suggestions are helpful; if not you may have to delete and re-install the offending app(s).

Thank you for your reply.
I have tried restarting after force closing, as well as resetting the iPad, but still no luck.
There was a huge list of programs still running, which had to b e force closed.

Any other tips or tricks?

When this happens to me I download a small free app. For some reason by downloading an app fixes the app start up problem. Doesn't work all the time but it's something you can try.

Tried everything, but still not working.
Gutted.
