Hi all, new to the forum and the iPad and am looking for some help please?

I have bought a VGA connector for my iPad so I can watch movies through my projector. However if I try and watch some of the catch up tv options (4od, itv player etc) through my tv via the VGA then the picture does not fit the
Screen correctly and is sat at the right of the tv screen with a gap to the left.

Also if I try and watch sky go it says it does not support a VGA output (or words to that effect!)

Can anyone help??
