Downloaded a video from the iTunes store and when I went to play it on the video app, the screen froze up. All I have is a black screen with no info. Have tried rebooting, but nothing works. Please help.

Downloaded a video from the iTunes store and when I went to play it on the video app, the screen froze up. All I have is a black screen with no info. Have tried rebooting, but nothing works. Please help.
Try this, double tap the home button (or four finger swipe up), this should reveal the task bar at the bottom. Touch and hold any app in the task bar until the little minus sign appears in the top left hand corner of the app icons. Touch the minus sign on the video app icon then press the home button (or four finger swipe down) now try running the Video App again.
