Hi folks
I hope someone can help. I have a 10 month old IPad 1 which has been working fine until Christmas Day! Now every time I try to get on a game, it will say it's loading and then turn off. Same happens whilst checking email. Any ideas? Thanks

Try re-setting it. Hold down the on/off button (top righthand corner of the case) and the home button (front bottom) together for 10 seconds and then release them. If this doesn't work, connect it to iTunes and see what it says. I have had three iPad 1s fail so far and am waiting for the dealer to open in January.
