    iPad iTunes Download page not working - shows only Terms and Condition screen

    When going to iTunes on my iPad, I can get to the music on the 'Purchased' area, but my downloads I cannot. When I click on the Download area, all I see is a one liner directing me to iTunes terms and conditions page, no way to accept or decline. I have logged into iTunes on my Windows computer and downloaded some more things, synced it to the iPad, and still no go. The iTunes from my computer can see the downloads and shows the downloads are on my iPad. Ideas?

    My Tv episodes are downloading but not transferring to video to watch. Help?
