    PDF error

Im trying to open a PDF from a ticket site. Normally it opens fine and I can save it but recently it's like it's a background on the page and can't be selected for anything. I'm told by someone testing in America that it works fine for them but I can't get it on anything I test it on (iPhones or iPads) in Europe.

Any ideas what might have caused the change over here? I'm assured that nothing has changed with the ticket sale site.

Has anyone seen this before or could they guess as to the reason?! I'm losing my mind trying to get it working!
