Just downloaded teleportmobile to my iPad and MacBook pro. I connected both devices, but the only thing I can see on my iPad is a grey pattern screen with an active cursor. No active windows open on my Mac appear, not even the background photo.

I've looked into troubleshooting on the teleportmobile website and the only thing I could change was the color settings to Server Decides.

Would love any help if someone has encountered this problem before or is just much more technically savvy than I am.
