About LinkBacksSince i got the ios5 on my ipad, the key board appears in the middle and not at the bottom of the page, how can i change this. Before i posted this i did a search and setting on my ipad, nothing i could find to help me. Thanks
Here is a picture, see how the fixed apps in the bottom are visible, i dont want that, i want the old keyboard, as this is very difficult to see the box you are writing too

How strange, it doesn't do this on my iPad? I looked in settings and couldn't find anything!

Look in the lower right-hand corner by the 'minimize keyboard' button. There are 4 little lines that you can grab and move the keyboard where you want. I just slid mine from bottom to top and also split using a finger 'unpinch'. Kinda slick!

Oh thanks Dbeth, i got the keyboard in the location i wanted, very helpful advice from u. thanks Gabriel for looking. Also in the original post, when i say i searcefh, i meant search this forum, and look at settings in the ipad itself. Regarding the split screen i knew the pinch, but not the button activated one.

You can also just hold down that same keyboard button until the word "dock" is shown, hit that and it will automatically dock itself at the bottom of the screen.

The best thing to do would be to 'lock' your keyboard in place. Go to Settings>General>Keyboard - Turn split keyboard off. The lines on the minimize button disappear and the keyboard cannot be moved......... K?
