Bluetooth on ipad2 was fine...now not engaging (not turning on in Settings) to show paired devices. The "in progress" donut just keeps moving.

So bluetooth wasn't turning on. Don't know what caused this condition, but power-cycling the iPad solved the problem.

Same problem here. Sent back to Apple for repair/replacement. It's been 2 weeks and still no news from Apple! Shame on you Apple Singapore.
