If i backup to my pc and delet from ipad will it be deketed also automaticly from my pc or itunes ?
Its not like with oc or laptop that i can move things to a disconkey and the will be safe

You can put everything on your PC and then only keep on the iPad what you really, really need to have.
You won't lose anything if you backup and make copies on your PC before you delete it off your iPad.

If your constantly struggling for space, the only real viable solution is to go for an iPad with more space. I only have 16gb but have still over 12 free as I mostly surf with my iPad, my son on the other hand needs all of his 64gb as he is a heavy user with music and videos, this should be a serious consideration when buying. The extra amount spent at the beginning can save a lot of headaches later.
