About LinkBacksI have done what I learned on You tube to bump my iPhone4 and my iphone2, though when I go on to the bumped app it asks me to download, is this correct? Will I have to pay for this app again? Or am I doing something wrong?

You will not have to pay for the app again if both your iPhone and iPad have the same iTunes account. However, some apps are universal - they'll run on both the iPad and iPhone and will automatically adjust to the screen size and resolution - others are iPhone apps and will run on the iPad, but without adjusting to the iPad screen and others are iPad specific and will not run on the iPhone.
