Is it good to once in a while restore your ipad? Kind of like a defragmentation on windows. Im wondering if this would be beneficial and help my ipad.
Thanks

You will only restore IF you have a problem that you can't resolve, there is no need for restoring the iPadOriginally Posted by Royceanator

With regard to restoring the iPad, unlike a DOS/Windows environment, Apple's operating systems including the iPad's iOS 4 don't require "defragging". So as Ernie mentioned there's no performance benefit or need to restore your iPad unless something goes critically wrong with it.
Hope that helps!
