I once clicked a link and came to a cheap looking pornsite. And after that i got connected to apptore. Tried again to be sure and it still connected me to apptore. What happened?

But there are no viruses for ipad so my ipad didnt take any damage by that?

Unless you're iPad is both jailbroken and you've purchased apps from somewhere other than the App Store or Cydia (for jailbroken phones), the chance a virus or malware is virtually zero.

It was most likely a redirect on the website. Might even have been a bit of malware on the site, but it would not have been able to infect your iPad.
