I have a problem when sending an invitation from one iPad to the others. When I send an invitation to my girlfriends iPad she gets a push notification and has to confirm the invite. When I send an invitation from her iPad the event appears automatically in my calendar as accepted. How can I change that?

I'm not sure (because no one invites me anywhere), but this is probably what you want to change.
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars; go to the Calendars section at the bottom of the page and turn New Invitation Alerts to ON.

I found out problem was. It was not the iPad but a setting in my google account. Notification in my calendar setting was turn off. I did that probably a long time ago.
