About LinkBacksI am running a Macbook Pro through a Bretford PowerSync Cart to sync 20 iPad2s at a K-4 elementary school. We will be using the iPads for Math, Reading, Art, Music etc. Everything is syncing wonderfully so far.
But I would like to organize the apps by subject (math, reading, art, music etc.) into folders. Is there a way to auto-sync apps to specific folders on each iPad? I can only figure out how to do it manually. With 20 iPads (and more on the way) this is incredible tedious.

Maybe. I'm not familiar with this type of thing myself, but I read this article the other day that may (or may not) help you on your way.
