    Safari Upgrade

    iTunes says I need to upgrade Safari but I don't want to install Safari on my PC. Can I download and install to my iPad without it installing on my PC?

    Safari on the iPad and Safari on the computer are completely different programs.

    You can not update Safari on the iPad. It is part of the basic iOS download and only updates when iOS updates.

    It should not be necessary to update, upgrade, or install Safari on your computer. Just say no.
