Can an iPad be taught to automatically insert you email address and name to the screen?
Well, for e-mail, there is a way to add a signature block.
Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Signature to create your block. You can have a lot of lines (I tested seven and it kept returning, so I imagine you can put as much as you wish).

In the Settings app, go to Safari. There you will find options to turn on AutoFill and set a Contact. Turn it on and choose your own contact from the Contacts app. Safari will then attempt to detect and fill in your information when it encounters a form.
You can also turn on Names and Passwords. Doing this Safari will remember your username and password when you log into sites and auto fill them the next time you go there.
In both cases, sometimes it works, and sometimes it does not. Of course, that's true of all AutoFill and auto login no matter what browser you use, or computer.
